Clients Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for being on time and with first outfit on. Along with makeup, hair, nails, etc. Madebymanny is not responsible for editing out any unpreparedness.

• Clients are responsible of making their selections in a timely manner. Selection may be made online through an email link sent. Clients are responsible for making selections within a week of a shoot.

• Clients are responsible of downloading images after edits are made and done, storage of files will be the clients responsibility after a week of done edits sent.

• Clients are responsible of being respectful towards the studio environment, I.e the backdrops, cleaning up after themselves and etc.

• Clients are responsible of buying their own props for all shoots ( special effects and editing should not be counted upon for any shoot ) Edits are simple and clean on all projects.

• Clients may be charged for a change date/time fee on any project. $30 - $50.

Shoot & Edit Process

• Clients are encouraged to purely communicate through email. Files are sent within five business days after a photo shoot through email. Clients may make needed selections with in that time. Extras edits may be purchased at said times as well.

• An Re-edit fee may be applied after a done project if needed.

• Edits involve cropping, skin clarity, color adjustments as well as basic clean up’s. Anything else is beyond the scope of Madebymanny Photography’s Editing.

• Although all sales are final if members as given a risk free offer and do not have a good experience as stated by them; clients may request up to half of their money back given that they follow all conditions here and that they do not download the final work.

Rentals

• Rentals are available for a rate of $90 dollars per hour. Timeframes are treated very seriously. Any up charge may be applied based on the backdrops needed, extra timeframes or needed video and props. Changing room is available. Bathroom is not available. All shoots are supervised. Half deposit is required to book space. Please fill out needed information and specify Rental. 1 Light setup/ backdrops will be set up for shoots. Renters are responsible for overtime charges.
